1EachSAUSAGE PATTIES, ITALIAN STYLE 1 PACKAGE OF 6


INSTRUCTIONS:

IN A DISH ADD FLOUR, SALT, AND PEPPER, MIX EGGS IN SEPARATE BOWL, IN 3RD BOWL ADD THE 2 CUPS BREAD CRUMBS, ADD ROMANO CHEESE TO BREAD CRUMBS. PLACE EACH PATTY IN FLOUR, EGG WASH THEM, THEN DRUDGE IN BREADCRUMBS, DO THIS FOR ALL 6. HEAT ABOUT 4TBLS. OF CANOLA OIL IN FRY PAN. ADD SAUSAGES ONE AT A TIME, DON'T CROWD THEM USE A PAN LARGE ENOUGH TO COOK TOGETHER, OR COOK IN TWO BATCHES. FRY UNTIL COOKED THROUGH. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL TO ANY OIL ON PATTIES. PLACE PATTIES ON BUN TOP WITH SLICE OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE. COVER TOP OF BUN WITH SAUCE. TOP BURGER. SERVE WITH SALAD OF TOMATOES,CUCUMBERS, AND RED ONIONS. ADD SALT,PEPPER AND OLIVE OIL. ENJOY A DIFFERENT KIND OF BURGER TONIGHT!! ENJOY.
